Santa Barbara Shave Ice offers Santa Barbara's only authentic Hawaiian Shave Ice. We are also 100% Green as our ice shavers are traditional hand cranked style from Japan. We also have electric NSF block shavers for larger events. SB Shave Ice is LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED.
Shave ice (not shaved ice) is a dessert made by shaving wafer thin slices off a block of ice and shaping the refreshing "Snow" into a flower cup. The shave ice is then drenched in your choice of our gourmet nectars and syrups made from 100% natural ingredients. The resulting Shave Ice treat is delicious and unique. Kids love it!
These aren't snowcones, Shave Ice is much finer and lighter and absorbs all the flavor of our nectars and syrups.
